Flow Meters (please select the type of flow meters you want to view)

Access Instrumentation supply a wide range of flow meters and flow computation for liquid, gas, steam, slurries, pastes and solids monitoring using a variety of measurement technologies. Selecting from the best available manufactures to provide the best solution to your flow measurement requirements.

Coriolis Mass Flowmeters

The Coriolis measuring principle operates independently of the physical fluid properties such as density and viscosity allowing extremely accurate simultaneous measurement of mass flow, density, temperature and viscosity.

With the Endress+Hauser Promass Coriolis Mass Flowmeters virtually all process fluids can be measured, cleaning agents and solvents, fuels, oils, alcohol, fruit solutions, toothpaste, gasses, liquefied gases, etc. the Promass range sensors cover a very wide range of requirements. The choice of materials, process connections, hygienic versions, accessories etc. is correspondingly broad.

img   The Endress+Hauser Promass A Coriolis Sensor is suitable for very low flow rates and high operating pressures. Sizes are available from DN1 to DN4 up to PN400. The Coriolis sensor is constructed from Stainless Steel, Alloy C-22 and is suitable for custody transfer applications.

img   The Endress+Hauser Promass E Coriolis Sensor is suitable for low end applications that require a cost effective measurement solution. Sizes are available from DN8 to DN50. The Coriolis sensor is constructed from Stainless Steel.

img   The Endress+Hauser Promass F Coriolis Sensor is suitable for universal use with sizes available DN8 to DN250. The Coriolis Sensor is constructed from Stainless Steel, Alloy C-22 and is available in a high temperature version up to 350OC. The Promass F Sensor is also suitable for custody transfer applications.

img   The Endress+Hauser Promass H Coriolis Sensor is a single tube system especially suitable for chemically aggressive fluids. The Sensor is available in sizes from DN8 to DN50 and is manufactured from Zirconium.

img   The Endress+Hauser Promass I Coriolis Sensor is a straight easily cleanable single tube system designed for hygienic applications. The Sensor is available is sizes from DN8 to DN50 and is manufactured from Titanium. The Promass I is also available with an option for viscosity measurement.

img   The Endress+Hauser Promass M Coriolis Sensor is suitable for high pressures up to 350 Bar and is available in sizes DN8 to DN80. The Sensor is manufactured from Titanium and is also suitable for Custody Transfer applications.

img   The Endress+Hauser Promass 40 is a cost effective transmitter for low-end applications and provides no local operating interface.

img   The Endress+Hauser Promass 80 is a transmitter for all standard applications. The unit provides a two-line backlit display with push button controls.

img   The Endress+Hauser Promass 83 transmitter provides extended functionality suitable for special applications. The unit has a four-line backlit display with touch control operation from the outside. This transmitter can be used to provide viscosity measurement and can measure pulsating flow. Software upgrades are available for more complex calculations.

img   The Endress+Hauser Promass 84 transmitter is suitable for custody transfer use and has approvals for PTB, and Nmi. The unit offers extended functionality and is suitable for special applications. The unit has a four-line backlit display with touch control operation from the outside. This transmitter can be used to provide viscosity measurement and can measure pulsating flow.

The range of Endress+Hauser Promass Sensors is complimented with its range of transmitters. These offer a unified operating concept with flexible outputs, software packages, Fieldbus interface, Ex-approvals and more.
