These systems offer improved flexibility over older pen and paper based systems as well as offering continuous savings, as none of the normal consumables are required. Additionally Access Instrumentation can provide sales and support for the Thermo Electron range of paper based chart recorders and data acquisition systems, Series 1200A, Series 1200B, Series 1600 & Series 3000.

The Thermo Electron SV100 offers convenience, flexibility and maintenance-free data recording to meet a variety of applications and budget requirements. It is designed with the engineer, technician, operator and purchasing agent in mind. It features the industry's brightest 5.5" display and touch screen control. Thermo's use of intuitive Windows style menus and touch screen control makes the SV100 paperless recorder easy to configure and operate compared to other paperless data acquisition units available. To meet today's technology and industry requirements, the SV100 offers various communication, networking, printing and data management capabilities. A front access, removable chassis with removable terminal blocks provides the ultimate in maintainability and serviceability. :

Endress & Hauser Ecograph A |

The Endress+Hauser advanced paperless recorder Ecograph A is a compact measured value acquisition system. The Ecograph A records measured value processes, quantities, operating times, monitors alarm set point violations and stores the data both internally and on diskette. A swift overview can be gained by using the integrated signal analysis giving intermediate, daily, monthly and yearly reports. The measured data can be read out, visualised and analysed using the ReadWin® 2000 PC operating software. Unit and channel set-up can be done on the unit or by using a PC. Although Ideally suited for the water/waste water market the Eco-Graph A can also be used in all other industrial branches for recording / monitoring processes and sequences.

Thermo Electron SV280 |

The Thermo Electron SV280 Paperless Data Acquisition System is designed to directly replace existing multipoint large case paper recorders such as the Westronics M11E or 3200 Series while providing fast and efficient data collection and distribution with upgraded memory storage and communications. Installation requires no panel modifications for replacement of large case paper recorders. Fully programmable customer defined point inputs and alarm displays, established through touch screen programming, PC-based software or web browser interface. The SV280 measures and processes up to 48 direct inputs (2 inputs standard) with a maximum of 999 calculated, conditional or external points for logging, trending, or data manipulation. All points are scanned every second and saved to internal memory, 1.44 MB floppy disk, or up to 5 GB PCMCIA ATA flash card. Data can also be viewed real-time on the 10.4 inch brilliant colour, graphical display. Process monitoring and data analysis is now easier and more accurate with the SV280.

The Endress+Hauser Memograph is both a state-of-the-art videographic recorder and a compact measured values acquisition system. It plots signals, monitors limits, analyses measurement points, stores the data internally and archives them on standard diskettes and computer. The Series 1200 combines the readability of an analogue recorder with the flexibility, features and power of a microprocessor based instrument to effectively log and manage process data. It will accept up to 3 direct inputs. It is ideally suited for direct replacement of aging 1/2 DIN or 3"x6" Bailey, L&N, Westinghouse and other similar recorders.

The Series 1600A programmable recorder combines the high visibility of an analogue recorder with the flexibility, features and power of a microprocessor-based instrument. It uses 100mm chart and fits 138mm x 138mm cutout. The Series 1600A is available in four model configurations: one-pen, two-pen, three-pen, and four-pen.

The Series 3000 is a versatile recorder that integrates the functions of a data logger, multipoint recorder, digital indicator, and alarm annunciator into a single instrument. You can easily configure input types, alarm set points, chart speeds, trace and scale colour assignments, plus a variety of other customer-defined parameters with just a few keystrokes. There are also no codes or tables to cross-reference. The instrument's menu-driven prompts allow you to easily configure your unit without special training. The Series 3000 is available in various model configurations.
