Viscosity Meters

Access Instrumentation is able to supply from the Hydramotion range of viscosity measurement equipment. Viscosity measurement provides manufacturers with important information on a processes ability to be handled, pumped, poured, used or otherwise processed. Changes in the viscosity of a product can also provide a sensitive way of detecting other physical changes in the process, such as density, & solids content.

Hydramotion XL7 Viscometer

img   The XL7 viscometer from Hydramotion is available as a range of standard models, but can also be adapted to suit any special applications. Within the last 15 years Hydramotion has revolutionised process viscosity measurement and the XL7 leads the world in defining new standards of performance, reliability and cost. All XL7 viscometers are supplied with the HP550 Signal Processor Unit. The HP550 can be mounted up to 3 km from the transducer and has digital and analogue outputs for recording or remote monitoring. XL7 viscometers are frequently used as part of a feedback loop for plant or viscosity control. Hydramotion XL7 viscometers can be supplied to meet the demands of many special process applications and can be supplied in a range of lengths, materials and finishes.
